Hi, I’m Shannon Haning — personal trainer, health coach, and founder of Naturally Fit.

Naturally Fit was created from my own journey: finding ways to get fit and feel great in midlife without relying on toxic or harmful substances. Through years of research and hands-on experience, I’ve discovered powerful strategies for natural wellness—and I’ve put them to the test on myself and with countless clients.

Many of the people I work with are dealing with challenges like diabetes, autoimmune disorders, low energy, poor focus, and more. What I’ve learned through it all is simple but profound: God designed our bodies with the ability to heal naturally when given the right support.
